The NPC Manual of Information The current edition is the 26th Edition (January 2022). Over the history of the NPC, certain policies, procedures, and ethics have been agreed upon by ALL 26 NPC member organizations. These are agreed upon by signature of the National/International Presidents of the NPC groups.
Can you join NPC and NPHC?
White Fraternity/Sororities vs NPHC – HBCU CONNECT. First of all, if a person (white or otherwise) is already a member of an IFC or NPC frat/sorority, they cannot join an NPHC frat/sorority, and vice versa.
Can you rush another sorority after being initiated?
If you want to go through sorority recruitment again, you NEED to drop your sorority. If you go through initiation, you are NEVER allowed to join another Panhellenic sorority.

What is sisterhood circle?
The Circle of Sisterhood is a mechanism by which all sorority women can stand together across affiliation, age, color, and creed to make a difference in the lives of millions of girls and women. Collectively, we can do much more than we could as individuals or individual groups.
How do I pay my NPC dues?
Dues can be paid by credit card on the NPC website or over the phone. Checks should be mailed to the NPC office and received by October 1, allowing enough time for arrival via the U.S. Postal Service.
What is positive Panhellenic contact?
Positive Panhellenic Contact is the act of promoting the sorority experience as a whole! It is advertising recruitment and encouraging women to go through the recruitment process. This policy is put in place for the benefit of Panhellenic as a whole, not a specific chapter.
Can you join two fraternities?
In most instances, you cannot quit your fraternity and join another one. All national fraternities are part of the National Interfraternity Conference (NIC). The NIC explicitly states that you cannot join another fraternity if you have already been initiated into one. However, there can be exceptions to this rule.
Can you Cob two sororities?
Participation. COB is held after the primary recruitment period, which looks different on each campus so be sure to check the schedule for your college/university. Not every sorority on campus may participate in COB. Only those that still have spaces to fill in their chapter will keep recruiting.
