Your exacqVision dealer will provide an updated server license that enables immediate software update installation.

How do I factory reset my NVR exacqVision?
Select “Exacq Factory Restore” to begin recovery. You will be prompted to confirm: Press the “y” key on the keyboard once and the system recovery will complete itself. The entire process often only takes a few minutes but depends on the system.
How do I activate my exacqVision license?
To activate your license please enter your Activation Code(s), enter your server’s MAC Address or Serial Number and the information below, and then click “Activate License”. If your server has multiple MACs due to the presence of multiple NICs, enter the first (ETH0) MAC if possible.
How do I upgrade my exacqVision server?
You can perform or schedule an exacqVision server software update on the Server List page. On the toolbar, click Calendar and from the list, select Update Software. This opens the Schedule Software Update dialog. Select the servers to apply the software update to from the drop-down list.
