How does Slifer effect work?
If multiple monsters are Summoned in face-up Attack Position, the effect of “Slifer the Sky Dragon” will activate. Furthermore, the ATK of all of the Summoned monsters is reduced by 2000, and those whose ATK becomes 0 are destroyed.
Does Slifer negate spells and traps?
Slifer can be destroyed be spell and traps. Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card’s Normal Summon cannot be negated.
Can Slifer the Sky Dragon be targeted by card effects?
Slifer the Sky Dragon If this card is Special Summoned, it is destroyed at the end of the turn. As long as this card is face-up on the field it is unaffected by all Trap Cards or other Monster Card’s effects. This card cannot be returned to it’s owner’s hand or be destroyed by an effect of a Spell Card.
Can Slifer effect be negated?
Only their summons cannot be stopped/negated (if I remember correctly) but afterwards, they can be hit by any spell/trap. Slifer and Ra are the only ones that spells and traps can be used on. Obelisk cannot be targeted by card effects due to his own.
How do I use Slifer?
“Slifer” can be Summoned in one turn using “Blackwing – Bora the Spear”, “Blackwing – Gale the Whirlwind”, any “Blackwing” monster and “Double Summon”. First use “Double Summon”, then Summon the “Blackwing” monster, then Special Summon “Bora” and “Gale”, then Tribute Summon for “Slifer”.
Does dark hole work on God Cards?
Only the Spell and Trap cards tha target a monster cannot affect the Egyptian God cards. (e.g. Equip spell cards) All the other types of spell and traps affect them normally. If you use Dark Hole you can remove the Egyptian God cards as well.
Can God cards be destroyed by traps?
They cannot be destroyed by non-targeting Traps (“Mirror Force”).
Can you use trap cards on Slifer the Sky Dragon?
Trap Monster cards are unaffected by the special effect of “Slifer the Sky Dragon”.
Can Slifer effect obelisk?
There are some overlapping effects between Slifer and its more muscular cobalt counterpart Obelisk the Tormentor: both of their Normal Summons can’t be negated, and anything that activates in the Summon response window can’t be used.
