What happens if you decline a trunk?
If you dislike all of the items in your trunk, you can choose to decline the trunk. Your stylist will ship the trunk free of charge (more on that in a minute). Once the items arrive, you have 10 days to try them on at home. Keep the items you love, check out online and return anything else via UPS.
